Your Inspection Objection deadline is 2/18/2022. Inspection is scheduled for Monday 2/14 at 1:00PM The inspection will take approximately 3-4 hours. It is not absolutely necessary for you to attend the inspection, but you are more than welcome to. If you do decide to attend, Nissa recommends being there for the last hour, rather than the entire inspection. It is best to let the inspectors check out the house free of any distractions so that they do not miss anything. Please be sure to let Nissa know if you will or will not be attending.

As part of the contract and your loan processing you will be required to obtain property insurance. You will need this set up by 2/25/2022. Having the right property insurance is a critical aspect of the home buying process.
