Hello, there.

My name is Ryan Keenan and I am a seller and buyers agent in beautiful Monterey County. I really love it here, I appreciate the beaches, the architecture, the charm of Carmel and the treelined neighborhoods above Monterey, commonly known as the Skyline Forest neighborhood. It's so refreshing to drive down highway at noon on Sunday winding through the mountains over bridges and stunning cliffs that tower over the sea, or spend the day with good friends in Carmel Valley Village with a delicious glass of wine on lazy weekends. If you are a seller you have probably seen the demand sky rocket to live in this amazing place, can we blame them? With the emergence of a thriving art scene, music venues, world class restaurants, world class golf, vineyards and breweries, family owned business, a ton of outdoor adventures and my personal favorite the ocean! I love all ocean activities, such as paddleboarding, surfing (I'm still learning) and diving (currently getting certified so that I can follow in my uncle's footsteps as an underwater photographer.) My love for humble people, beautiful places, thriving communities and amazing architecture and small town charm, it's no wonder Monterey is such a desirable place to live.
