We are so excited for you to join our eXp family. I've put together some helpful tips and information to assist you with the application process.

Gather the following items prior to starting your application:

Real Estate License Number

Your Social Security Number

Bank account Routing and Account number where you would like your commissions to be deposited

Debit or Credit Card to pay for the one-time setup fee ($149) and monthly fees ($85/month)

EXP Application

Visit https://join.exprealty.com/

Click Apply Now as Agent

Select Sponsor: Enter your Sponsor Agent Name

***If your sponsors name doesn't show on the search option you will need to type the name manually

When asked if you are being paid as an individual or business: Choose Individual and enter your SSN / Business is only if you have an LLC, PLC, or other Business Entity registered with the DBPR

Once you have finished your application you will be sent an email with approval and you will receive your ICA- Independent Contractor Agreement

Transfer Your License: The eXp Realty Concierge Team will email you and confirm you are ready to transfer your license (Email Subject: License transfer confirmation needed) Confirmation is needed in order to proceed with the license transfer process.

Activate Your EXP Passport Account: You will receive an email with your username and a link to activate your account.
