Denver is down to 1.0 month of inventory. We are starting to return to some normalcy which is refletive of the market from 2015 to 2019.

Jobs: The unemployment rate in Denver has dropped to 3.3%.

Interest rates: They are down to around 6%. Although they're volitle, all indications are that they are trending downwards.

As long as the demand outweighs the supply, it will always be a good time to sell. February - May is historically when home sell for the most. So if you want to capilaize on the best time seasonally, it's a good idea to be fully prepared with a game plan so that you are ready to go when you decide the time is right for you.

When’s the best time to buy? As soon as you can.
Timing the market is impossilbe. Currently, we are seeing a solid mix of home sitting on the market, but just as often there's multiple offers for new homes on the market. The demand has picked up. It may only get harder/more expensive as time goes on.
