Raft Island Living, Effortlessly Yours
A fully updated single-level retreat on Raft Island, where private beaches and quiet evenings come standard.
Tucked into a private, fenced lot on Raft Island, 114 Madrona Dr NW sits within the award-winning Peninsula School District, just ten minutes from downtown Gig Harbor and Uptown. It is the rare kind of address that feels tucked away and connected at once, close enough for a weeknight dinner out, quiet enough that you will not want to leave for the weekend.
The home itself has been thoughtfully brought current, top to bottom. A new roof, new windows, and a new 50-amp generator hookup handle the practical side of island living, while a fresh coat of paint inside and out gives the whole property a crisp, move-in-ready feel. Every system here has been addressed so the only thing left to think about is how you will spend your first weekend.
Inside, single-level living unfolds across three bedrooms, a dedicated office, and two beautifully appointed baths. Designer accent walls and elegant shiplap detailing set a bright, sophisticated tone, and inviting fireplaces give the living spaces their warmth. The remodeled kitchen is the true centerpiece, with striking backsplash tile, upgraded appliances, and a layout that flows seamlessly into dining and living, built for the nights you cook for six and the mornings you want the room to yourself.
Step outside and Raft Island living takes over. Gather on the expansive party deck, settle in around the fire pit, or walk down to one of two private sandy beaches for an evening on the water. Launch a kayak or paddleboard toward Cutt's Island, or simply enjoy the shoreline access and abundant wildlife that make this small community feel like its own world.
Come see what island living actually feels like. Schedule your private tour of 114 Madrona Dr NW today.
