Don't wait until you have a contract to learn the brokerage's systems.
One of the biggest mistakes I see new agents make is trying to figure out where forms, disclosures, compliance requirements, and transaction systems are after they've gone under contract. That's when stress and mistakes happen.
Instead, spend a little time each week getting familiar with:
✅ Where to find your forms
✅ How to access your transaction platform
✅ Where brokerage policies are located
✅ Who to contact when you have questions
The more comfortable you are with the tools before you need them, the more confident you'll be when it's time to help your clients.
