My background....
I''ve been a realtor for five years. Before that, I spent two decades in the world of patient advocacy and health care marketing--experiences that without a doubt impact how I practice real estate.
Last year, I earned my Senior Real Estate Specialist designation.

Listening lies at the heart of negotation. The goal is to create a situation in which both parties feel like they've won. I'm known for helping my sellers weigh the pros and cons of all offers -- the highest offer does not always win! -- and pushing back on listing agents until we all come to a middle ground where everyone feels good about the outcome.

I'm the current VP of Marketing for the San Carlos Education Foundation -- a group that fundraises among local residents to augement public school funds.
I'm a cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, was the President of their Silicon Valley Alumni Club for five years, and their Events Chair the two years before that. I remain connected to that community.
