Hello! My name is John Gluch and I'm the founder of the Abundant Agents.

I started off as most real estate agents do, overworked, underpaid, and stressed out. My family paid the price as I floundered for more than a decade selling less than 15 homes a year while working 60+ hours a week.

I had gotten into real estate dreaming of freedom, but with no clear sense of purpose or direction, I wasted countless hours and felt like a slave to my clients and my “business”. It took me six years to get from 7 to 14 closings a year SIX YEARS 😫 to add 7 more sales. I seriously contemplated getting out of the business and finding a “real’ job. I had given my real estate career a real shot, and it just wasn’t working.

But then everything changed in year six when I discovered what I have come to name the Abundant Agent Lifestyle™. My discovery led to these astonishing results....

Year 7- 24

Year 8 - 37

Year 9 - 83

Year 10 - 120

Year 11- 152

Year 12 - 237
