The homes in the middle are the ones you will want to look at because they will not have any power lines running throught the back yard. Site number 2933 is currently pending but may become avalalbe if you are interested.

Red - Sold

Yellow/Blue - Available

Green - Closed

Here are the floor plan options. At the top right hand corner you will see the plan name. When you go back and look at the site map you will find a letter on every dot. The letter tells you what floor plan will be built on that lot.

This flyer goes over some incentives they are offering at this time if you use the builders lender. They will do a pre-approval with you when you sign a contract with the builder. You will get to compare the your lender and builder lender and choose who you would like to go with. You can also ask you current lender if they could match the builders lender incentives.
