These documents only need to be provided if they are available to you! Please let us know if you have any of these! The deadline to provide them to the buyers is 12/21/2021. Per the contract, the buyers have requested the following due diligence documents: "If in Sellers possession, all documents pertaining to the property, including but not limited to: prior rental history and income statements, manuals, blueprints, permits, warranties, reports, receipts, public notices including any city, county, state and oil and gas notices, information regarding short term or long term rental history."

If you could please let me know a forwarding address (if available) for you, that would be great!

Please fill out this google form in regards to the current utilities you are using as well as other pertinent information that the buyer will eventually need. The form is very quick and please let us know if you have any questions!

The title company provides title insurance for the sale of the property as well as prepares all closing documents and conducts the closing.
