Are you thinking of selling your home and think that "the Spring" is the best time. Do you know when the Spring is according to real estate terms? Do you know what you have to do in order to sell your house in the Spring? There is planning and preparation involved in getting yourself and your home ready to sell. Whether you think you are the "prepared type" or the "it's too overwhelming to even start type", we have you covered with some guidlines to get you on track. The most important thing to know is that the spring window comes fast and ends fast! The time to start is now.

Welcome! I've crafted a custom search link for Wildwood sold properties from the past five years, plus a calculator to adjust prices to reflect the market conditions of today. Follow the slides and instructions below to help give yourself an estimated price range that your home belongs in.

You've received your property assessment, and you have questions! - Is it accurate? - What if I disagree? - Have my neighbours' assessments risen like mine? - How can I verify its accuracy? We've developed tools and resources to help you assess and challenge the city if needed.
