Agent Commission Plans
There is no monthly cost to be an agent at Real.
85/15 Commission Split with a $12,000 annual cap.
After capping, there are transaction fees.
You will pay a one-time $249 join fee when you join.
Your $750 annual brokerage fee is paid from your first 3 transactions each year.
Stock Plans
Real is a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: REAX) and you can earn equity in the company through: 1. Stock purchasing program (with bonuses) 2. Capping 3. Attracting Agents 4. Elite agent awards
Revenue Share, by the numbers
Earn revenue by attracting agents to the brokerage. There are 5 tiers of revenue share that you can unlock as you attract more agents to the Brokerage.
Teams at Real
There are a few categories/characterizations of teams at Real. This details Standard Teams, Domestic Teams, and Marketing Groups.
