As you step into Water's Edge, panoramic bay views greet you through sliding glass doors in the kitchen. This home seamlessly blends first-floor convenience, featuring a king-sized bedroom, spacious bathroom, laundry, walk-in closet, and a well-equipped kitchen. The first floor also offers indoor and outdoor seating, a half bathroom, and a den with a desk, couch, and TV, catering to both relaxation and productivity.
The second floor boasts two additional king-sized bedrooms, a bonus room with a twin bed, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. With the capacity to comfortably accommodate six people, Water's Edge can potentially host more, evaluated on an individual basis.

Key & Access
The front door, your main entrance, is secured with a unique code sent via Airbnb before your arrival, changed upon departure. You can use the living room’s glass sliding doors for entry and exit, no keys available for those doors.
Parking
Parking is restricted to the driveway or garage, and during winter, there might be direct communication regarding snowstorm parking.
Check Out Time
Check out time is 10AM. If you wish to extend or late check out please notify the host.
Damage & Cleaning
Please let us know if anything is damaged during your stay. Please stick to the check-out time, pack up all your personal belongings, and wash any dirty dishes before this time, as the cleaner is scheduled to arrive immediately after your departure.

Three Tides/Marshall Wharf | Shabby-chic ocean-side brewery. delicious, strong beer. We recommend this, especially for warmer summer evenings.
Young's Lobster Pound | Enjoy the evening with a lobster on a deck overlooking Penonscot Bay. This is our top recommendation for lobster - it can't be beat! Pro tip: BYOB (bring your own beer or wine or cocktail) and sides.
The Hoot | Located just outside of Belfast. Great outdoor seating and great for brunch and dinner some nights of the week; check their online menu and schedule. The meat and much of the produce comes from a family farm in Northport. Take a drive through historic Bayside after!
The Whale's Tooth Pub | Located in Lincolnville - enjoy fare with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Sit at the cozy bar, in the dining room, or on the porch.
Hey Sailor! | Located in Searsport - a delicious Mexican restaurant with incredible cocktails. The owners of Hey Sailor! Also, own the Hichborn - both are worth a try! Look for the blue door!
Dos Gatos | Located in downtown Belfast - Tacos and Tequila!

Hannaford Supermarket | The closest grocery store is approximately 5 minutes away.
The Belfast Co-op | The fantastic coop is great for groceries, stocks some great wine and beer, and has a cafe for prepared food.
Lincolnville General Store | Located 15 minutes away this store is BEAUTIFUL and cozy. But it also has everything you need. Groceries? Milk? Beer? A nice bottle of champagne? Great breakfast sandwiches? Wood-fired pizza? owned by a rock start? Seriously. One-stop shop, just ten minutes.
