There were 14 sales in the Lakebridge neighborhood this last year, while two are pending currently. We recently had a record sale in the neighborhood where the home was listed at $815,000 and received an offer the first weekend on the market. The final sold price will be released upon closing. This is a great example of taking advantage of market conditions. The seller went on the market before the rush of spring sellers and was the only home at that price point on the market in Victoria. This gave all the buyers in the market only one option.
