The daughter of a developer, she embraced real estate at an early age and entered the industry after graduating from St. Ignatius and earning a B.A. in Psychology from Villanova University. It wasn’t long before Colleen’s extensive knowledge and aptitude for marketing converged to create The Cotter Group, a full-service luxury real estate team based in the heart of San Francisco.
