LM -OJT PROGRAM - B737-300 (20 WORKING DAYS)
To develop the knowledge and skills of an individual
To acquaint the students formally to a real- life workplace environment.
Provide a general work experience, so that the trainee can apply skills previously acquired at the Training Course/ and acquire new relevant skills.
Demonstrate the broad role and importance of being a Load Master and provide a solid foundation in his chosen field.
PARTICIPANTS
Students or Graduates of any Aviation related courses looking for on-site or field experience that are Aiming to be a Load Master.
MODE OF TRAINING
Training for Load Master will consist of the following:
-Ramp Area
-Ground Operations
-Aircraft Familiarization
-Airport Facilities
-Emergency Response Plan
Initially will have an Indoctrination, a briefing, for the trainees to have knowledge on their duties and responsibilities for the Operations to ensure the safety of Flight.

- 1 Domestic Flight Observer for B737-300/400
TRAINING ACTIVITIES
The Load Master Training Program will cover the following activities:
-EXPOSURE TO RAMP OPERATIONS
-AIRCRAFT FAMILIARIZATION
-GROUND OPERATIONS FAMILIARIZATION
-BASIC WEIGHT AND BALANCE
-AIRCRAFT PERFORMANCE CALCULATION AND PLANNING PROCEDURES (USING APG)
-OCCULAR VISIT TO CLARK TOWER AND AIRPORT FACILITIES FAMILIARIZATION
-OCCULAR VISIR TO WAREHOUSE OR CARGO TERMINAL
-DOCUMENTATION FAMILIARIZATION (AWB, CUSTOMS, PNP, ETC.)
-ACTUAL LOAD MASTER EXPOSURE
-1 X DOMESTIC FLIGHT – OBS (DEPENDS ON FLIGHT AVAILABILITY)
DURATION
The Applicant shall have served the supervision of a Load Master for at least 200 Hours or 20 working days.
Schedules may vary depending on the requirements of the Operations of the company and Shifting duty. Other terms and conditions will be discussed during the Orientation/ Indoctrination.
TRAINING CYCLE
For the Load Master Trainee/s Training Schedule will be Shifting Schedule and will Rotate the Area of Operations in order to experience all duties and responsibilities of being a Load Master.

TRAINING REGISTRATION
Training fee for Load Master Training Program will be Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (PHP 25,000.00) for 200 Hours or 20 working days.
