Welcome to the Dilbeck Ascend Program! We are excited to share this 10-week program which will arm you with the tools and skills to launch a new career or expand and reignite your existing business. Throughout the next 10 weeks you will watch trainings, collaborate with peers and complete activities all designed to fuel your business. Each training and workshop will be available on Zoom however, we highly encourage you to watch the programs in-office. By watching the broadcasts and completing the program with your colleagues you will have the additional benefit of collaboration, support, and accountability. The synergy from the collaboration is truly a key element of this program. Please see below the Program Guide which provides the weekly recommended activities. Additional resources to support those activities are also provided below. Wishing you much success on this journey! Merilee Iverson VP Agent Engagement Dilbeck Real Estate
