2. Inspections (Action Required)
Your Inspection Objection deadline is 3/15/2022. Please make sure to schedule your inspection before this date. Below are three companies that previous clients have used and that Stephen highly recommends. The inspection will take approximately 3-4 hours. It is not absolutely necessary for you to attend the inspection, but you are more than welcome to. If you do decide to attend, Stephen recommends being there for the last hour, rather than the entire inspection. It is best to let the inspectors check out the house free of any distractions so that they do not miss anything. If you cannot attend the inspection, let us know and Stephen will attend for you. Stephen would also recommend doing a sewer scope & a Radon Test. You will need to call and set up the inspection as soon as possible. Let me know what date and time you set it up for and I will get access from the sellers for the inspector. 1. 3. Contact Your Lender (Action Required)
Contact your lender to initiate the loan process. We will also email them and provide the contract for you.
4. Property Insurance Deadline
As part of the contract and your loan processing you will be required to obtain property insurance. You will need this set up by 3/18/2022. Having the right property insurance is a critical aspect of the home buying process.
