Where Your Deck Meets The Marina
A downtown Gig Harbor waterfront condo with private stair access to the marina and front-row views of the Sound.
Tucked behind a private courtyard entry, this downtown Gig Harbor condo puts you front and center on the water, sailboats, sunrise over Mount Rainier, and downtown lights all visible without another rooftop in the way. Kayak Club trainees and Jr. Sailors cut across the bay below, visiting yachts and the historic fishing fleet pass by, and the gondola makes its rounds, all from a front-row seat you never have to leave home for.
Built in 1984 and finished at 2,962 square feet across two levels, the home is arranged for real living rather than a weekend rental feel. A waterfront deck runs the width of the condo, and a private staircase leads straight from that deck down to the onsite marina, so stepping aboard your own boat or a neighbor's takes minutes, not a drive to the launch.
Upstairs, the primary suite and a second ensuite bedroom share the water side of the home, while a third bedroom on the main level gives guests or family their own separate footing. Atrium-style windows carry the view through the main living space, so herons, seals, and passing sailboats become part of the everyday backdrop rather than something you plan a trip to see.
All the local favorites are a short walk or an easy drive away, with wine bars, galleries, and boutiques for an evening out and a calendar built around the Farmers Market and the Maritime Festival, celebrated each summer. Close the door for a month or settle in for the season; either way, the condo is waiting exactly as you left it.
