General Information needed from our sellers

We prefer 7-10 days notice prior to listing your property on the market but can have the listing LIVE within 48-72 hours notice. This document outlines the pre-listing timeline and contract milestones.

It's important to stay up to date with what's happening in the market. Not only will we provide you with regular updates on showing feedback, but we will also provide a weekly report with price updates, showing feedback, open houses, online views/interest, and marketing efforts.
