Mindset, Planning & Tracking
This training helps agents define what they want from their real estate business while developing the mindset, accountability, and structure needed for success. Agents will create a strategy for their first year in real estate, set realistic goals, and learn how to track their progress and performance along the way.
Topics include goal setting, business planning, accountability, consistency, activity tracking, and creating habits that support long-term growth and success.

Rules of the Pipeline
This training teaches agents how to properly manage and maintain a healthy real estate pipeline. Agents will learn the importance of consistent follow-up, organization, lead management, and pipeline accountability to ensure opportunities are not missed.
Topics include pipeline stages, follow-up expectations, communication standards, lead organization, tracking conversations, and building daily habits that keep business moving forward consistently.

Open Houses
This training teaches agents how to successfully plan, market, and host effective open houses that generate leads and create opportunities for future business. Agents will learn best practices for preparation, guest engagement, follow-up, and converting open house visitors into clients.
Topics include open house setup, safety, marketing strategies, visitor interaction, lead capture, follow-up systems, and maximizing the value of every event.

Owning a Call in 30 Seconds & Discovering LPMAMA
This training focuses on mastering the first 30 seconds of any real estate conversation—whether it’s a cold call, follow-up, or inbound lead response. In those critical opening moments, your tone, confidence, and structure determine whether you earn trust or lose the opportunity.
You’ll learn how to “own the call” by clearly positioning yourself, creating immediate engagement, and guiding the conversation with purpose instead of pressure.
We also break down LPMAMA, a simple but powerful framework used to uncover motivation and qualify leads efficiently:
Location
Price
Motivation
Agent
Mortgage
Appointment
Together, these two skills help you move from awkward or scripted conversations to confident, controlled dialogues that naturally lead to appointments and conversions.

The Importance of a CRM (Using FUB & Ruuster)
This training explains why using a CRM and transaction system is essential for building a consistent and scalable real estate business. Agents will learn how to use Follow Up Boss to organize leads, manage follow-up, and stay on top of conversations, and how Ruuster supports tracking deals and keeping transactions moving smoothly.
The focus is on building daily habits inside the systems so nothing falls through the cracks and every opportunity is properly tracked and followed up on.

Learning with a Lender
This training walks agents through the home buying process from start to finish with a focus on the lender’s role in the transaction. Agents will learn how buyers are pre-approved, how financing impacts timelines, and how to better guide clients through each step of the purchase.
Topics include pre-approval, loan types, budgeting, underwriting, appraisal, and closing. Agents will also learn how to communicate effectively with lenders to keep transactions on track and set proper client expectations throughout the process.

Thinkific (Key Associates Signature Realty's Online Training Program)
Thinkific is an online learning management system where agents can access and review all training materials they’ve completed so far. It allows them to go back at any time and look up courses, videos, screenshots, and other resources from their onboarding and ongoing education, ensuring they always have a central place to reference key information as they grow in their role.

Production Launch (New Agent 90-Day Execution Plan)
Purpose:
This plan is designed to help new real estate agents build consistent daily habits, generate early pipeline activity, and develop strong foundational skills in lead generation, client communication, and transaction flow. The focus is execution, not theory.

Role Play - Shilo
Shilo is a backend coaching and performance tool integrated with Follow Up Boss CRM that evaluates agent phone calls, provides a performance score, and delivers actionable feedback to improve conversion rates. It highlights strengths and areas for improvement and gives specific guidance to help agents enhance their communication and follow-up. Shilo also supports role-playing and scripting practice to help agents refine conversations, strengthen objection handling, and build consistency in their sales approach.
Agents should complete a minimum of 100 roleplays per week. It is highly recommended agents complete 20 roleplays each day before starting prospecting calls to reinforce scripting, build confidence, and improve execution in live conversations.

Agent Accountability
Agents should meet for 1:1 accountability based on production levels.
Weekly 1:1 sessions – New agents or agents under $2.5M production
Bi-weekly 1:1 sessions – Agents producing $2.5M–$6M
Monthly 1:1 sessions – Agents producing over $6M
