Meet Gail DeMarco: Born in London, raised in New York, spent 40 years in Northern California and is now living her best life in Northeast Florida, specifically St. John’s Rivertown community, enjoying the sunshine and stunning natural beauty daily, even when working with her real estate clients. Living in Florida has been a life-long dream realized and she fills each day with gratitude and extreme appreciation. Gail is a mother of four exceptional human beings and six grandkids and is a lover of paddleboarding and all things water.

Gail was in the photography business for over 20 years which taught her people skills and shaped her compassion for others and created a boundless work ethic, which have contributed to her success in the real estate industry and given her an eye and appreciation for the details in a home and a transaction experience.  

As a transplant to Northeastern Florida, Gail understands the needs of the out of state buyer in addition to those of the in-state buyer. She continues to use her tried and true concierge real estate listing process that enabled her to be the top producing eXp Realty office in Northern California’s El Dorado County market. In just 8 short years, Gail has consistently ranked in the top 3 for production in the Greater Sacramento area. Beginning as a solo agent, she eventually became the top producing agent while at Sotheby’s. She then moved on to start a team at ReMax Gold, where she was ranked as the top producing luxury agent out of 928 agents. Her team of 15 went on to sell $259 million in 2022. 

In 2021, she moved her team to eXp Realty so everyone could benefit from being part of an agent owned company focused on serving and education.

Additionally, Gail’s experience and success makes her a highly sought-after speaker and coach within the real estate industry. She is currently licensed in both California and Florida she divides her time between both coasts.
