Time line of events Week of August 22: 1. Find the Will ✅🤷‍♀️ 2. Mortgage Information: balance of the loan, duration of the loan, have them send you all the information✅ Week of August 29: 1. Debts and Assets, pay September bills 2. Trust bank account 3. Schedule meeting with lawyers 4. Start cleaning and organizing 5. Talk to people living in the house✅ 6. Call Funeral Home✅ Week of September 5: 1. Plan estate sale (this is a good way to try and get people out of the house) 2. Finish tasks from first weeks 3. Email Kevin Napoleon at Key Mortgage to talk about refinancing Week of September 12: 1. new tasks we don't even know are coming 2. Schedule time off for Riot Fest. Spet 17-20. Sometimes shit has to wait while you relax. 3. Schedule funeral for the beginning of week maybe? or Thursday since I'm assuming you already took Friday off for Riot Fest. Wednesday September 22: 30 Days : Hope the will is found by now! Oct 1: Celebration of Life December: If selling, house should be sold by now
