Get to know US
I'm a real estate agent with BRIX Real Estate, a boutique real estate brokerage with 5 locations in and around the Twin Cities. The company is set out to create a brokerage that was focused on consumers and not agent count. Being an independent brokerage gives us great flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing market and better serve our buyer and seller clients. BRIX was named the most innovative brokerage in the entire country by Inman News in 2019. We have the flexibility to use best-in-class technology and tools that are not cumbersome and outdated. I have helped hundreds of clients buy and sell homes and pride myself on creating the best experience for each and every one of them!
Get to know ME
I bought my first home (a fixer upper) when I was 22 years old. I fell in love with all things relating to a home. After buying and remodeling several homes over the next couple years, I decided to become a Realtor to bring my knowledge of homes to help my clients understand their own. I take great pride in helping both buyers and sellers understand their homes and attaining their real estate goals.
Download the Best Home Search App!
Homespotter is the same app I use as a REALTOR® to check the live status of properties. You can customize your search, see all listings, and communicate with me directly through the messaging feature.
Home Buyers Guide
We wrote this book specifically for our market and it will give you an outline and education on the process.
Be Sure to Start Here
Having your buying priorities focused will save you from wasting tons of time, stress, and potentially buying the wrong home. Although these rankings may change as you go out and preview homes, it is a good idea to have a baseline plan for what is TRULY important to you in your new home.
Loan Officer Recommendations
A great Loan Officer helps set the stage for a great home shopping experience. All three of these loan officers are great listeners and problem solvers. We all work together smoothly to focus on the right homes for you. It is a great idea to shop around and see who fits best for your situation. It's free to start the approval process. By applying early you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
Sample Contract
Here is the sample contract paperwork we will need to fill out when making offers in the Twin Cities. Most buyers don't see these contracts until it's time to make an offer. We want you to be as prepared as possible so when you find the right home you can focus on the main terms. Things can happen fast so by having an understanding of the contract early in the process you'll be empowered come offer time. Don't be overwhelmed. Feel free to review at any time. They include the following: 1) Agency Relationship 2) Buyer Agency Agreement 3) Compensation Disclosures 4) For Your Protection Get a Home Inspection 5) Purchase Agreement 6 Arbitration Disclosure 7) Misc docs depending on the situation. Please review these and let me know if you have any questions or if anything is unclear.

Contract and Offer Contingencies
When submitting an offer, there are (3) main contingencies to consider. Take a moment to read through - we will discuss each one so that you can make an informed decision when submitting an offer on a home.
Arbitration
This is a quick overview of points of which you should be aware when it comes to the arbitration process if a dispute arises. There is an optional selection for Arbitration of Disputes on page 6 of the SF Purchase Agreement.
Earnest Money
Earnest money, or good faith deposit, is a sum of money you put down to demonstrate your seriousness about buying a home. In most cases, earnest money acts as a deposit on the property you're looking to buy. You deliver the amount when signing the purchase agreement or the sales contract.
The BRIX Report
We are proud of this one! This is our brokerage's annual magazine that highlights great things going on in the Twin Cities area. It also dives into market date for most cities in the metro.
