The Buyer Agency agreement attached spells out the details of solidifying an Exclusive Buyer Agreement with me. Many of my client's do not realize that in New York State, the law requires we disclose that as an agent we work on behalf of the Seller even though we are working together to find your perfect home. When we have this Exclusive Agreement in place it changes that relationship and requires me to Fully Represent You and Only You in the process of finding and negotiating the best possible terms for your new home.
