Per the contract, the buyers have requested the following due diligence documents: "All warranties and manuals for appliances if available"

Please fill out this google form in regards to the current utilities you are using as well as other pertinent information that the buyer will eventually need. The form is very quick and please let us know if you have any questions!

The title company provides title insurance for the sale of the property as well as prepares all closing documents and conducts the closing.
