Having reviewed hundreds of inspections, we understand that homes of a certain age often have specific issues that may come up. We'd much rather help you understand these before going under contract.

In addition to Buyers Agency, in North Carolina, we also have both Dual Agency and Designated Dual Agency. Before moving forward with an offer, we'll want to make sure you have no questions here and fully understand the different types of agency.

Each state has its own offer to purchase agreement. In NC, this form will apply to the vast majority of resale transactions. If you've bought in another state, terms like "earnest money" may feel familiar, but may be treated differently in NC. Our "Buyer Timeline" will be a great tool in understanding the offer paperwork!

During the Due Diligence Period, you'll complete your general home inspection, likely along additional inspections such as pest and radon.
