Our preferred home inspector performs a thorough inspection to make sure the property you're buying is in good shape, and they back up their work by providing certain warranties on the following items (certain restrictions & limitations apply). Roof: 5 YEAR LEAK REPAIR COVERAGE 90 Day warranty on: Mold|Safe - New visible mold occurring after the inspection. Plumbing: Water lines, faucets, water heaters, drain lines, gas lines. Electrical: Main service panel, secondary service panel, and wiring. Appliances: Kitchen Appliances including and limited to oven, range, dishwasher, built-in microwave, trash compactor, and garbage disposal. Heating/Air (HVAC): Furnace, Air Conditioner, and Thermostats. These warranties are through our preferred Home Inspection Company and only valid if you use their inspection services.
