These are the first set of forms you would be required to fill out. They are the Buyer Representation Contracts these will need to be signed before we start touring and finding you your new dream home. These forms are required by Montana law and they also help in protecting you the buyer and us as your real estate agent. They also help to clarify who pays the brokerage fees for the transaction so your not surprised by it at closing.

When you submit a purchase agreement for a home your going to see 3 big contingencies that you need to consider and are optional to have. We will discuss each of these as we sit down and write your offer and any questions at all please ask don't be afraid to ask

There a few things you need to know after your offer has been accepted. The title company is chosen by the seller and this is the place where you will deposit your earnest money check, they do the research to check to deed, they make sure there is no hiccups and will produce the new deed for you at your closing.
