Hal, Thank you so much for taking my call this morning. I look forward to meeting with you on Thursday at noon. As I get to work preparing for that meeting, I would love it if you would take some time to review the information below. The first item is a questionnaire that I would like you to take a little time to fill out. Doing so will ensure that we spend our time together on Thursday focusing on what matters most to you! You'll see that some of the questions will address items we have already discussed over the phone, but I would appreciate it if you would still include that information in the questionnaire so that the form is complete for my records.
