Agent Commission Plans
There is no monthly cost to be an agent at Real.
85/15 Commission Split with a $12,000 annual cap.
After capping, there are transaction fees.
You will pay a one-time $249 join fee when you join.
Your $750 annual brokerage fee is paid from your first 3 transactions each year.

Real is a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: REAX) and you can earn equity in the company through:
