After being an independent broker and then spending nearly 10 years with Re/Max and Coldwell Banker, why did I decide to make a move to ΓEA⅃ Broker?

For me, it really came down to a few key things:

1) Low barrier to entry for capping each year (only $12K) including no monthly fees

2) Collaboration with other like minded agents

3) The technology (ReZen is by far the best backend system I've seen in the industry)

4) The ability to build additional revenue sources without changing my focus

Real's model creates financial opportunities for agents:
