We have helped several families purchase homes sight unseen, with all paperwork being completed from their current location. We will show you the good and bad of the home and the immediate outside area. The listing agent's job is to show the home in the best way possible, often leaving out photos that might cause you to think twice about purchasing the home. We have employed 360 degree virtual tour technology in order to take videos that help our clients experience the layout of the home, and our clients have remarked that the home was just like what was depicted on the camera. You don't have to look just where the camera is pointing - if you click on the video it will allow you to change what you are viewing in the home since the camera captures the 360 degrees of surroundings.
