Your Inspection Objection deadline is 3/17/2022. Please make sure to schedule your inspection before this date. The inspection will take approximately 3-4 hours. It is not absolutely necessary for you to attend the inspection, but you are more than welcome to. If you do decide to attend, we recommend being there for the last hour, rather than the entire inspection. It is best to let the inspectors check out the house free of any distractions so that they do not miss anything. Please be sure to let us know if you will or will not be attending.

Contact your lender to initiate the loan process. We will also email them and provide the contract for you.

As part of the contract and your loan processing, you will be required to obtain property insurance. If you cannot find coverage, or the coverage you find isn't agreeable, the property insurance termination deadline is 3/24/2022.
