Who will be the Primary Point of Contact?
The beauty of working with a real estate team, as a home buyer or seller, is that you will always have more than one agent available to you. When working with Forrest, you can rest assured that, at every step of the way, you’ll have at least two experienced agents working with you.
If you are looking to sell a property, you will be working with Forrest Stodghill, Lindsey Niebaum, and Laura Webb.
If you are looking to purchase a property, you will be paired with one of the following agents.
Jennifer Harvey, Travis Trueblood, Tim Hopper, or Shelbi Widener.
Depending on the real estate service you are requesting, you will be paired with a knowledgeable agent to suit your needs. And while it’s certainly true what they say about having “too many cooks in the kitchen,” we feel that having a second opinion when it comes to a real estate transaction can always provide a benefit to the consumer.
How Do you Set Realistic Expectations for Your Clients?
Real estate transactions are similar to putting together a jigsaw puzzle. Every transaction involves multiple parties, motives, challenges, and timelines. The end goal is that at the end of the process all the pieces of the puzzle add up to a successfully closed deal! Most agents quickly realize that “coordinating the chaos” is a major part of their role in a given transaction...and managing client expectations is critical! We do this with a three-step process...Education, Communication, Honesty and Transparency. Education: We first want to go over the overall process of the real estate transaction. We do this by scheduling a Buyer's Consultation or a Seller's Interview. At this appointment, we will go over everything from A-Z in a transaction, including any roadblocks that may happen, previous client experiences, and preconceived concerns. Any and all client questions and concerns are addressed at this appointment. Communication: Not everyone is wired the same way, some clients prefer to talk in person...some prefer email or text. We want to establish clear communication preferences beforehand so that we do not stumble into conflict. Honesty and Transparency: The last step is Honesty and Transparency. We are all human, we have family and responsibilities outside of the office. We want to make sure that you are fully aware of our schedules and other commitments. We also want you to feel comfortable sharing with us your schedules and commitments. We want to respect your time as well.
Why do we work as a team?
Loral Langemeier, money expert, sought-after speaker, and entrepreneurial thought leader, once said "Strengthen your strengths and hire your weaknesses". We believe that many hands make light work. Not only does being a part of a team allow for flexibility in what we can offer our clients, but it also allows us to lean on one another and dip into a greater pool of knowledge. With so many tricky moving parts, having a team helps us ensure that nothing gets lost in the shuffle; what’s more, being able to debate, discuss, and bounce ideas off of one another will also allow us to help you reach the best decision possible when it comes to setting a price, making an offer, or planning out the necessary steps for a successful transaction.
What is an ELP?
Endorsed Local Providers (ELPs) are trustworthy, high-caliber professionals who are well-respected in their fields. They earned Dave’s recommendation through a track record of success and commitment to fantastic customer service. Our agents inspire and serve their clients first. Getting to know you on a personal level allows them to give a solid recommendation to you and your family based on Ramsey's proven principles. Our ELPs close on more homes than 90% of other agents in their area. You'd never build a home without a blueprint. So why blindly buy or sell one without the best agent? You're not getting suckered into a deal you don't want. Our ELPs value relationships over money, they're fans of Ramsey, and they know what role your home should play in your budget.
