The eXp Realty Revenue Share program rewards agents for recruiting new agents by sharing a portion of the company’s revenue. Agents earn a percentage of the commission revenue generated by the agents they sponsor, up to seven levels deep. This program incentivizes growth and agent retention, offering a sustainable income stream independent of personal sales volume. Unlike profit-sharing models, eXp Realty's revenue share is based on top-line revenue, ensuring consistent and predictable payouts.

50% of company revenue from commissions is allocated to the Revenue Share pool.
Example: On a $10,000 commission, $2,000 goes to eXp, and $1,000 is distributed in the Revenue Share pool.
