Mainstreet Application
This is the lease application. Please have a copy filled out for all adults over 18. You can leave lines 1-4 blank Fill in all other blanks. Make sure previous landlord phone numbers or the contact information is correct. You can print it and fill it out, or complete it online and email it back to me at mandy.colabuono@bairdwarner.com

ZenList is an app for searching for houses/rentals/etc. It has all the same features that you are used to on Zillow/Truilia/Redfin, but instead of giving a random "get more information" button, this app connects you directly to me, so I can get an answer for you!
