Securing pre-approval from a lender is a crucial step in the home buying process, unless you intend to make an all-cash purchase. This preliminary approval doesn't bind you to a specific lender, but it is necessary to obtain a pre-approval letter before submitting a purchase offer. In certain instances, this pre-approval may also be required to physically view prospective properties.

Once a home is identified, and before making an offer, I will prepare a comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to help determine the market value of the home and property.
