Roxanne was born and raised in Richmond, California, and graduated from El Cerrito High School. Roxanne loves the outdoors and can often be found jogging around Lake Merritt, bicycling with a group of friends across the Golden Gate Bridge, or picnicking at the Berkeley Marina. She enjoys spending time with friends or giving back to her community through sponsoring children and delivering pizzas to the homeless residents of Oakland’s Tent City.
