Linda, I look forward to meeting with you for a consultation regarding selling your unit at the Wilcox Manor. The first item below is a short questionnaire that will provide me with details about what you are hoping to get out of our meeting as well as what most concerns you about the selling process. When you fill it out, can you do me a favor and let me know how big your unit is and how many bedrooms? Your tax record says about 2000 sq ft, and one bathroom, but it doesn't say how many bedrooms. I just want to make sure that I have accurate information when I run comps. I really look forward to meeting with you tomorrow. Comps for your review

Since I haven't seen your place yet and units in the condo complex are vastly different, I will definitely want to dial in my recommended listing price once we get a chance to talk. We'll use these comparable properties to help whittle that number down.
