I'm looking for a Growth Partner in the Boone Area. I'm actually pretty desperate to find someone there that can grow a presence with me and a team. I have a lot of buyers that I would send to this team- I'm exhausted by going up there and showing (from GSO) and also trying to coordinate agents to show for me. There are multiple reasons I want it done this way and it would take a more in depth conversation to explain all of it. If it's one person to start out then that is fine- I would love someone with a growth mindset and shares my values. Once I have a team/partner I can trust I'm going to go all in on marketing, but before then I'm hesitant to because I cannot handle it. A little about me- not trying to brag but since you don't know me I want to make sure you know I'm not some crazy person :) I spent 8 years in Commercial Real Estate Lending and went through the Leadership Development Program at BB&T. I transitioned to Residential Real Estate in 2013 and after my first year I was the top producing non-owner at an Independent Brokerage of approx 30 realtors, accounting for 10-15% of annual revenue at that firm every year. In January of 2021 I started my firm Triad's Finest Real Estate brokered by eXp Realty. Since then I have added 13 producing agents to our firm and partnered with a few more who wanted to grow their own within the eXp Platform. I attribute this growth to the culture of our Firm and our Broker (eXp), my reputation within my community, unbeatable compensation (through eXp), the training offered by eXp and my partners, stock awards, and revenue share opportunity. It's a turnkey firm solution but also a brokerage if an individual agent just wanted to join. 2021 my individual production was approx. $35 million and with the team it was around $65 million, serving over 180 families.
