We are Tasha & David Gwilt, and I have been a licensed real estate professional in California for over 9 years & David has been licensed for over 7 years. As a newly licensed agent I struggled 😔with the mentor I had at the time and wasn't given the tools to excel in my business until I had the right mentor that took personal interest in my wellbeing and success as an agent.

Despite struggling that first year, David and I have grown our business into a seven figure business & are growing as a team. Our production continues to grow dramatically year after year even in a shifting market. I have been awarded eXp's top production award four years in a row, and will receive it again this year.

Our team is spread over multiple states. We serve a large area and are growing into other states as well. eXp allows us to have agents on our team in multiple states, even those we are not licensed in. We are able to help apply our proven systems and processes, regardless of your physical location. We have successfully helped agents in states we are not licensed in create six-figure incomes.

We are recognized leaders within two of the largest organizations in eXp called Honey Badger Nation and Fast Forward Movement, with 13,000+ members between them. Good news! Your brokerage cap to eXp is cut in half by being on our team ($8,000 cap to eXp instead of $16,000)! We are building out a mega icon team where your cap will be a quarter cap once we meet those requirements.

We have a bonus structure set in place allow you to earn up to 100% on your sphere of influence based on your production volume and attracting agents to our team to help the team grow. *please see sample team docs for more info on this

What other teams charge: most do 50%-60% to the team no matter the lead source. We believe in rewarding you for bringing in clients that you procure on your own, such as your sphere of influence or other lead gen you do on your own. Not all teams are like this. We allow you to take 75% commission on all leads you procure, and provide you with a pathway to 100% on the 75% category clients based on your production and efforts to grow the team.

It's important for our team to meet on a weekly basis, so we have these each week to review currrent market trends, wins, lessons learned, and updated approaches to accelerate your growth.

If you are then we have great news for you! As a new agent there's a lot that you don't know yet & that's to be expected. We provide not only coaching & training, but one on one support when you need it. Don't know contracts? We provide you that extra support when you need it. We also look over all paperwork and offers before they're sent out so you know you're covered and don't have to worry too much about making a mistake. New agents typically don't have systems set in place to be able to serve their clients at the highest level. We do! We have all the tools & systems you will need. All you gotta do is plug & play. Examples of what we have available: -Email templates (also available in Follow Up Boss for ease of access) Contract to close & a ton of email drip campaigns that are already set up for you. -Buyer & seller presentations already pre-made -Tout the team's production. As a new agent this is probably the hardest part of being new...solve that by being a part of our team and relying on our stats! -Preferred lenders & vendors already set in place -Years of experience you can rely on for us to get you through whatever problem you encounter. Sometimes we come across things we don't know but we can point you in the right direction

We have two different types of agents at Gwilt Group: 

-Senior Agent  

-Junior Agent 

A Senior Agent has more than one year of experience and has closed 5 or more deals in the past year. 

A Junior Agent is someone who is brand new to real estate with less than a year's worth of experience that has not closed at least 5 deals. They typically need more guidance and mentoring, therefore the split for any team lead (see split categories for more info) is lower but their split on their own deals remains the same. Junior Agents also need to be able to show competence during a transaction.
