How to Prepare for the Join Application?

It takes about 30-45 minutes to complete the application and sign the ICA. The join application and the ICA are INTERNAL within eXp and do not notify your current brokerage nor transfer your license immediately.

Things to Prepare:

• Access to wifi & laptop
• Review EXP Independent Contractor Agreement - You will sign this as part of the application process
• License numbers and name on your license * The name on the Join Application must match the name on your license.
• Social Security number
• If you want to be paid under a business (LLC), make sure you know your tax identification number (TIN / EIN)
• MLS number
• NRDS number
• Name of realtor association
• Number of transaction in the last 12 months in each state licensed
• Volume in the last 12 months in each state licensed
• Direct deposit bank information (This is for direct deposit of your commission and revenue share you earn)
• Bank or credit card information for monthly fees. (initial $149 and monthly $85 charge)
• Sponsors name. Please note this can not be changed. For Megan Fass please use EXP agent ID: 110046 and Email address: megan.fass@exprealty.com . You will use these when filling out the application.
