For certain situations, our team can offer unique Virtual Staging service platform that provides 3D renderings of a home using a selection of furniture from Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, Serena & Lily, and west elm. Staging, cleaning and even some construction projects can be billed through escrow in many circumstances so you won't have to have out of pocket expenditures and the charges can come out of the sale proceeds.
