Hello Sally and Miguel Please see the bids below from two stagers as well as a quote for the counter-top refinishing. We have one additional stager that we would recommend, Luxury Home Staging, and they were not available last week for a proposal. Would you like us to schedule a time with them for a bid this week? If yes, please let us know what timing options are available.
Guild Staging Bid
Guild Design $10,000 Availability: 4/20 Samples staged by Guild Design: Arden #219 220 Laussat St 18 Lansing #104 380 10th St #27 One Hawthorne #22E Guild has very contemporary / forward aesthetic which is a little bolder. We think it blends well with the current buyer palette but may be slightly edgy for the Infinity. Perhaps it’s a favorable disposition to stand out relative to the other listings.
Arthur McLaughlin Staging Proposal
Staging Arthur McLaughlin: $8,500 Availability: 4/20 Portfolio: Click here Samples staged by Arthur McLaughlin: Arden #107 Infinity #39A Infinity #26G 301 11th St #2A 101 27th Ave Note: Arthur McLaughlin has done several installations at the Infinity for our clients and was able to provide a bid from their history with E plans which they have staged prior. Their most recent Infinity efforts for us are noted above for 39A and 26G.
Bay Area Stone Restoration & Repair Bid
Refinish Master Bath's Countertop Bay Area Stone Restoration & Repair $1,150 This may be a little high investment relative to the perceived end value. New counters would likely modernize the overall look but a deeper investment of time and improvements.
