In Texas, the Sales Contract is also a promulgated form. A copy is included here for your review. When we submit an offer for a resale home, it will be on this contract.
Third Party Financing Addendum [Sample]
If you are getting a mortgage on the property, this addendum will help to protect your earnest money and allows time for you to get your financing fully approved.
Seller's Disclosure [Sample]
The Seller's Disclosure is required for all* property sales in the State of Texas. This should be included with a listing on the MLS. *Foreclosures, Multi-family properties and estate sales are exempt from disclosure.
