I’m a Cal Poly grad and former mechanical engineer, and long time real estate investor. I’ve called Pleasure Point home for more than a decade, where I live with my beautiful wife, three young kids, and our sweet but crazy labradoodle. After we walk your home, we will provide you with a comparative market analysis. This will factor in closed sales, off-market sales, active/pending inventory, and online estimates. Based on our analysis, we will then provide you with a range of values, an off-market price, and an MLS go-to-market evaluation.

This tool pulls data from a big database of local agents to identify which searches have been set up for buyers that align with your property.

One of the best features of this tool is the reverse prospecting capability. This allows us to proactively reach out to interested buyers whenever the time comes to list your home if that time comes.
