Rich & Keith have been friends—and successful realtors—for a long time. Rich earned his license in 2001 and Keith in 2017. When we met in 2018, we quickly recognized the shared values, work ethic, and commitment to client care that we both brought to the table. It didn’t take long for us to realize we weren’t just capable of building a team together—we could build one that operated a little differently than most.
So, we did.
Since launching The Taylor/Davey Group in October 2020, we’ve helped hundreds of clients confidently navigate buying and selling across the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton markets.

Meet Keith Taylor
Hi, I’m Keith. Real estate is kind of a family tradition, because I grew up with parents who invested in properties all the time. Now, it’s my passion to help people achieve the American Dream of home ownership and build wealth that lasts a lifetime.
I think one of the most important qualities my clients appreciate about me is my honesty. I’m down to earth and relate to people exactly where they’re at. This is important in real estate, because everyone’s personality is different.
I love living and working in Cincinnati because there’s something for everyone. When I’m not in the office or in the field, you can find me flipping houses because real estate is my thing!
Meet Rich Davey
Hi, I’m Rich. I didn’t start my career in real estate, but it’s become the perfect fit for my personality and the way I like to do business — with independence, honesty and integrity.
I started in the actuarial industry right out of college, but ultimately chose real estate to utilize my communication and interpersonal skills in ways that really helped people with some of the biggest investments of their lives.
My clients know me as a professional yet casual “no fluff” kind of guy. I’m easy to talk to, accessible and have their best interests at heart. I want their experience to be comfortable and stress-free, so I always go to bat for them no matter what.
When I’m not helping clients, you can find me at home spending time with my wife and our dogs, on the golf course, or visiting all the interesting places Cincinnati has to offer!
