Lakebridge Market Analysis
There were 15 sales in the Lakebridge neighborhood this last year, while two are currently active. Which is up one home sale from the previous year. The average home price of homes in our neighborhood is at $630,000.

Recent Victoria Market Update
This is the most recent market update that is posted by Minneapolis Area Realtors. While many headlines are speaking of home prices dropping this last year. When you look at the Rolling 12 month average, we have seen a 17% increase over the last year. New construction has played it's part in that increase. Victoria is still one of the most desirable communites on the west side.
